The Role

As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing the customer liaison team, will implement a framework for effective complaint management, ensure that all customer complaints are thoroughly investigated, and do root cause analysis to ensure lessons are learnt from service issues.

The current work pattern is onsite based from their Wellingborough office.

What's Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

  • Experience managing a team in a customer service/complaints environment
  • Experience dealing with a range of customers, clients and other parties
  • Previous experience in the planning and management of KPI's
  • The ability to develop a framework for effective complaint management
  • Experience in the insurance industry or in a vehicle accident management environment would be beneficial
