As a German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner whilst leading a team of Multilingual speaking Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate support staff to provide exceptional care and support to service users.
Although the role is titled customer service, the duties are not particularly customer facing and are much more administrative focused, so good admin skills and numeracy are important, as is strong Excel knowledge.
Due to an internal promotion, I am working on a great opportunity to join this international family run brand, in their busy customer service team.
Although the team is small, they are close knit and supportive, the management is team and development focused and very friendly.
As a Team Leader you will use your experience to lead the store team day to day to help land the retail plan and deliver a great customer and patient experience.
