Customer Support Manager

Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge with a technology based company?

My client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Support Manager to lead their team of technical support engineers for RF based products.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring clear communication of priorities and actions to your team to achieve operational targets
  • Motivating, developing and building your team of technical support engineers
  • Providing a flexible and efficient response to customer issues
  • Working with R&D and testing new products
  • Driving continuous improvement and efficiencies across all activities

You will need to have worked with RF products and demonstrate strong technical skills (eg Electronics, Computing, Software Engineering or similar background is likely) as well as skills with Windows and Linux. Experience of leading technical and customer support teams is a must.
