Enthusiastic and welcoming Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist is required for this fun and friendly student accommodation in the heart of Bristol city centre on an adhoc basis.
You will be the first point of contact for the residents to receive exceptional support and service and to ensure the property runs smoothly.
Duties
Deal with enquiries from current and prospective residents via social networks, media communications, email, telephone and in person.
Adecco are working in partnership with Serco who are looking for a bright, confident receptionist/administrator, for their new Health Assessment contract, based at a new, fully-refurbished office located in Park House, near Bristol Parking Railway Station and the Nuffield Health Centre in Stoke Gifford.
The role is for a 37.5 hour week, spread over five(5) days p/w, to include a Saturday, with a flexi-day taken during the week, to be agreed with Line Manager and aligned to local business needs.
The core hours of the business are 08:00am to 20:00 (Mon to Fri) and 09:00 to 17:00 (Saturday).
You will be working with the Contact Centre Team to support students with queries, update information and signpost customers to the relevant support.

Based in Bristol City Centre, this role pays £12.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
