Front of House - Receptionist

Adecco are working in partnership with Serco who are looking for a bright, confident receptionist/administrator, for their new Health Assessment contract, based at a new, fully-refurbished office located in Park House, near Bristol Parking Railway Station and the Nuffield Health Centre in Stoke Gifford.

Working Hours -

The core hours of the business are 08:00am to 20:00 (Mon to Fri) and 09:00 to 17:00 (Saturday). The role is for a 37.5 hour week, spread over five(5) days p/w, to include a Saturday, with a flexi-day taken during the week, to be agreed with Line Manager and aligned to local business needs. There may be overtime to cover holidays of other colleagues where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

The role is for an initial (minimum) 3-months, with a possibility of Temp to Perm. Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Front of House Reception (Meeting and Greeting Colleagues, booking in Visitors, Contractors etc, issuing ID badges etc
  • Mailroom Duties (Sorting and Delivering internal and external Mail and Parcels etc)
  • Housekeeping (Undertaking general office duties, including Dishwasher load/unload, stocking Vending Machines etc)
  • Room Booking (Manage our internal Meeting Room Booking, to include Parking and E-Mailing confirmations etc)
  • Helpdesk (Supporting our central Helpdesk function, including managing E-Mail Inbox and managing work orders etc)
  • General Admin (Providing general admin support to the local FM team and wider colleagues where needed)
  • Stores (Managing local Stores and supporting ordering to maintain core standards)
