Hire and Sales Controller

£26,000 per annum
Key responsibilities/main duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers
- To handle all customer enquires (face to face, phone and email)
- Follow up on any quotations enquires
- Maintain CRM system and ensure that the data is accurate and up to date
- Ensure all paperwork and certifications are compliant and up to date
- Ensure all hire numbers are correct ready for collection
- Unsure stock is maintained and accurate
- Ensure all losses and damages are communicated to the customer in a timely manner
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate:
- Be highly organised in their work and have excellent time management skills
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of lifting gear
- Experience in a customer service-based role
- Be computer confident and be able to use systems such as Sage and Microsoft Office
- Be able to work effectively on your own and collectively as a wider team
