This role reports to the Senior Training Administrator, to work as the front-line representative for the Corporate and Education Training Teams, handling customer orders and queries.

The role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service.
The Customer Service Advisor will be able to communicate at all levels and provide a first class service to our customers.
The Hours: 36 hours per week - Applicants will be required to work 36 hours per week on a flexible basis across Monday to Saturday in line with the branch operating hours.
