We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Protection team based in Wigston to be part of a small existing team
As the Customer Service Advisor your working hours will be Monday - Friday between 09:00-17:30.
Once probation has been passed there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 to 17:30 and the potentially of up to 2 days per week at home
The role in general will involve taking calls from customers and advising them on their purchases, in addition responding to emails, and other enquiries to support the company in achieving the monthly and annual sales goals.
Further accountabilities will include
Responding to leads and converting them to achieve maximum sales wherever possible.
Following the sales processes to close the sale whilst maintaining compliance standards.
The Customer Service Role is expected to work as part of a cohesive centralised Customer Service and communications team and closely with internal functions such as Service Centre Managers, Field Sales Resources and Functional leaders on growth and retention strategies by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every existing customer and prospect to boost retention and top-line revenue growth and margin improvement.
This is a fully office based permanent position working Monday to Friday.
