Role overview:

As a Divisional Customer Services Advisor, you will be providing comprehensive support to customers throughout the installation process and offering post-installation services. You will provide expert advice and information to customers demonstrating your extensive knowledge of Hammonds products and ensuring that the information is within company policy and procedure.

How you will succeed:

  • Responsively addressing customer enquiries across various communication channels, effectively managing cases and queries, and maintaining an organised inbox.
  • Effectively processing service requests from customers.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining customer data ensuring all notes are recorded clearly and compliant to GDPR laws and company policy.
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the customer journey during team meetings.
  • Assisting customers with their portal usage and encouraging them to utilise the best means of contacting us.

What it takes:

To be successful in this role you should have extensive experience within an inbound customer services role within a call centre environment.

  • You will be a self-driven individual with the ability to work autonomously as well as a member of a team to achieve both personal and shared objectives.
  • You will be customer-oriented, focusing on meeting the needs and expectations of customers, striving to provide exceptional service and create positive experiences.   • You will be a confident communicator across a number of formats, we expect you to be an empathetic listener, demonstrating understanding and compassion towards others, actively listening and acknowledging their emotions and perspectives.
  • A natural problem solver with the aptitude to deal with problems in a logical manner, you should be able to identify and understand trends and problems and find a resolution that is both satisfactory for the customer and company.
  • You will be punctual and reliable and dependable, honouring commitments and ensuring that others can rely on your punctuality.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable, embrace change and adjusting to new situations and challenges.
  • You will be highly organised with a natural capability to manage multiple workloads with conflicting priorities
  • You should posses strong IT skills, and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of systems and platforms.
