Inbound Sales Agent

The role in general will involve taking calls from customers and advising them on their purchases, in addition responding to emails, and other enquiries to support the company in achieving the monthly and annual sales goals.

Further accountabilities will include:

  • Responding to leads and converting them to achieve maximum sales wherever possible
  • Following the sales processes to close the sale whilst maintaining compliance standards
  • Identifying/generating leads
  • Establishing the customers needs and delivering A* service from the initial enquiry through to post delivery
  • Building customer relationships and effectively establishing the customer needs
  • Consulting with the customer and matching the right solution to suit the customers' needs to convert into a sale
  • Using knowledge & sales expertise to complete the sale, inspiring customer confidence and encouraging repeat business
  • Completing ordering processes by using our systems
  • Working towards financial sales targets and weekly KPI's
  • Up-selling to achieve maximum profit from each sale whilst meeting the genuine needs of the customer
  • Nurturing customer relationships and generating business through recommendations
  • Chasing deliveries
  • Offering solutions to customers objections
  • Liaising with our warehouse, couriers and other suppliers
  • Ensuring customers expectations are meet with regards to the product, lead times and all processes.
