As Customer Services Customs Operator you will be responsible for planning and monitoring deliveries, booking stock in and preparing the relevant paperwork on a day-to-day basis.

You'll be liaising with 3rd party carriers and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
There is some flexibility with the training week- We need at least 2 days on-site during that week so we can get you set up with the IT equipment, the remaining 3 days could be trainedremotely, although we do prefer to do this in person, where possible.
