The role is very rewarding with an opportunity to become a permanent member of the team after 3 months.
As part of the Service and Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for making sure the equipment on loan to service users is kept well maintained and functions accordingly by booking in maintenance visits.
We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join a great loyal client of ours within their Accounts department based in Bishops Stortford on a temporary basis for 2-3 months
The Role
First point of contact for finance (phone and visitors), taking messages as necessary.
General administration, including scanning and filing etc.

We're now recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to support for at least the next 1-2 months on a temporary cover basis.
The reason for the cover is that the company are moving from one site to the other in the coming months, meaning you would ideally be able to commute to both, both sites are very easy to access via public transport and both have free on-site parking.
In this role you'd be working closely with the teams across 2 sites, one being in Hemel Hempstead and the other being in Watford.
My client is looking for an individual that and has excellent customer service experience, happy to be on the phone dealing with any questions and queries, taking on leads and building the relationship.
