THE LOCATION: Harefield/ Rickmansworth (Must be a car driver to get to this location)

The Role:

Customer Support Administrator - urgent temporary position

Full Training will be provided , would suit someone recently completed their studies looking to work within an office role , or an Customer Service administrator looking to work in a busy role

  • Oversee a very busy email inbox
  • Dealing with general customer queries on telephone
  • Providing general administration recruitment support to the Team
  • Updating various trackers and spreadsheets with stats

Key Skills

  • Previous administration experience or customer support experience (telephone based)
  • Good communicator - ability to build relationships
  • Good knwoledge of MS Office

In addition

  • MUST be a car driver to be able to get to this location
  • MUST be available immediately and commit to a temporary role - which may extend
  • Must be available to start working ASAP
