Our client who has been awarded Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award for two years in a row, is looking for temporary workers with a background in Customer Service to join their growing team. The salary for this position is £11.44 per hour. Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Agent: Salary: £11.44 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, between Monday - Sunday, on a shift rota basis Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm Saturday, 8am - 5.30pm Sunday, 10am - 4pm Location: Manchester (potential for hybrid working after training) Contract Type: Temporary (potential opportunity to go permanent) Bonus scheme Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Agent: Managing existing customer enquiries and issues, ensuring first-step resolution where possible Achieving individual sales targets Dealing with any customer complaints and resolving them to the satisfaction of the customer Delivering excellent customer service to potential and existing customers Identifying the customers needs, through effective questioning Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Agent: Experience working in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to use your own initiative and have strong problem-solving skills You must have excellent customer service skills You must be computer literate If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills required, please apply now!
