Summer Temporary Assignment for French Speaking Customer Service Agents
Start Date 27th June for approximately 8 weeks
£13.56 per hour
Calling all fluent French Speakers, we are currently working exclusively with a Manchester City Centre based client who are looking to recruit a team of French Speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team on a temporary basis over the summer period to cover a busy period of demand. Candidates will be required to be available to start training on 27th June and the requirement will continue to approximately mid August.
Duties of the role will include dealing with customer service enquiries both via phone and email and assisting and following up with the customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Shifts available are as follows:
6am to 2pm
8am to 4pm
9am to 5pm
10am to 6pm
3pm to 11pm
The shifts on offer are a variety of weekday and weekends. Core hour shifts will be office based whilst the early morning and late shift will have the flexibility for candidates to work from home.
As there is several positions available shifts will be discussed further with candidates at interview stage.
