Working in a growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)

Once signed off, the role offers 3 days working from home as an option.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Placing orders accurately over the phone
  • Entering customer and order details onto an intenral system
  • Explaining the benefits of ordering online with a view to encouraging further orders to be placed through the website
  • Answering queries and handling complaints as needed

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Confident working knowledge of MS Office
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
  • Good organisation and planning skills
