Our client who has been awarded Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award for two years in a row, is looking for temporary workers with a background in Customer Service to join their growing team. The salary for this position is £11.44 per hour.
Benefits and Package for a Sales Agent:
- Salary: £11.44 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week, between Monday - Sunday, on a shift rota basis
Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm
Saturday, 8am - 5.30pm
Sunday, 10am - 4pm
- Location: Hybrid/ potential for remote working
- Contract Type: Temporary (potential opportunity to go permanent)
- Bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Agent:
- Managing existing customer enquiries and issues, ensuring first-step resolution where possible
- Achieving individual sales targets
- Dealing with any customer complaints and resolving them to the satisfaction of the customer
- Delivering excellent customer service to potential and existing customers
- Identifying the customers needs, through effective questioning
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Agent:
- Experience working in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment is required
- Sales experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to use your own initiative and have strong problem-solving skills
- You must have excellent customer service skills
- You must be computer literate
