As an Application Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our clients consulting team, focussed on delivering and maintaining a range of solutions to their clients, combining technical and consultancy skills.
Part of your responsibilities will be to identify and resolve technical issues, requiring excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose problems, analyse issues, and help develop effective solutions.
You should have a strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working with various software applications, databases, and operating systems.
Working as part of the client support team on a temporary to permanent contract, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with registrations, renewals and service enquiries.
No cold calling is required; however this is an outbound call-based role.
