This is a fantastic opportunity to join out client at an exciting time of growth. Working as part of the client support team on a temporary to permanent contract, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with registrations, renewals and service enquiries. No cold calling is required; however this is an outbound call-based role.

Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Build rapport and strong relationships with clients by providing advice and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Make around 50 outbounds calls per day to customers to explain the benefits of the service; to assist with the registration process or renewal of annual subscriptions.
  • Accurately log and maintain records of customer information and activity on the database.
  • Provide accurate and clear information to customers, explaining the benefits and processes, whilst obtaining the required information.
  • Provide first line support for customer enquiries including IT and process issues, concerns, updates on application and status.
  • Work to ensure personal targets relating to call rates are consistently met and exceeded.

Customer Support Advisor Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be charismatic, confident and able to pick up information quickly in order to provide high quality service to customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business.
  • While not mandatory, proficiency in German would be a valuable asset for upcoming projects that would benefit from this skill set.

The Location

This is a full-time, hybrid role, based in Oxford, working 2 days in the office (Thursday and Friday). Free onsite parking is available.
