Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to suppliers handling enquiries, registrations, and renewals.
- Make outbound calls to suppliers and customers to explain the benefits of the services the company provides, helping them with the subscription process.
- Log and maintain records of customer contact, activity, and outcomes on the internal CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work well within a team environment
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and motivated individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets. You will maintain a personable and cheerful attitude when speaking to customers. You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and/or will be comfortable with customer contact through a high volume of calls.
What you'll get in return
This position offers a salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience) and a great benefits package including hybrid work (2 days on-site and 3 days at home), a performance related bonus scheme, and 25 days of Annual Leave per annum including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
