Role Purpose
Responsible for assessing and determining the day-to-day placement of homeless households and applicants into emergency temporary accommodation, matching requirements to suitable properties.
This role requires the postholder to provide advice and liaise with B&B landlords and TA proprietors on council procedures and policies.

The Engineer will be providing support via a ServiceNow ticking system to users based in Sweden, France, Italy, London and Norway as well as interacting deskside with the London based users.
DURATION/HOURS: 3 months (possible extension)/ 17.5 hours a week
Purpose of Role
To serve as the first point of contact and provide appropriate support and advice to the children and their families supported by the multi-disciplinary practice teams.
To proactively provide comprehensive, confidential and robust administrative support across the practice team to ensure timely and appropriate interventions with children and their families.
