As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a front-line support for our clients' customers.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Customer Support Team, on a temporary basis for a period of 12 weeks initially.
Providing service and maintenance solutions through telephony and online support, you will play a pivotal role within their operation to ensure that they deliver their customer promises and constantly strive to deliver standards of excellence.

For example, week 1 you'll work 44 hours spread across 6 days, week 2 you'll work 31 hours over 4 days.
Day rate is negotiable DOE but paying a maximum of c£220 per day
Salt are currently partnered with a global MSP provider who require a Servicenow Backend Technical Support Engineer to join one of their clients on an initial 12-month contract.
The role is hybrid (Surrey/SW London) and inside IR35.
