Customer Support Engineer Annual Salary: £35k - £40k Location: Langley, SL3 Job Type: Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Engineer to join a leading electronics design and manufacturing company. The role involves supporting OEM customers with a range of innovative power quality products, IoT devices, and refrigeration controls. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, looking to apply their skills in a dynamic R&D environment. Day to day of the role: Provide technical support to OEM customers for new and existing products. Offer guidance on product applications, configurations, and usage. Communicate with customers through various channels including email, phone, and Teams. Issue Customer Technical Bulletins regarding product changes. Maintain a customer support database and manage product samples and accessories distribution. Support customers with configuration software and mobile applications. Authorize product returns and assist in failure analysis and reporting. Occasionally travel overseas to assist customers with product familiarization and technical issues. Contribute to the creation and revision of technical literature. Required Skills & Qualifications: HND or higher in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of practical industrial experience with electronic products. Proficiency in understanding and configuring complex products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
