As a Mobile Customer Support Engineer, You Will:
- Play a key role in a managed service, combining technical and client relationship skills to implement and support our clients' products.
- Dive deep into technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving them with precision and efficiency.
- Work directly with customers, showcasing your ability to operate under pressure. This role may require on-call support, maintenance, and equipment repair.
- Potentially travel to various customer sites.
- Hold a clean UK driving license and have the ability to obtain specific security clearances.
What We're Looking For:
- Formal Electrical/Mechanical qualification desired.
- Computer literate – Windows, excel, word, etc
- Experience in one of the following industries: ATM/PRINTER/EPOS.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Looking for a long-term permanent position.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar, client-facing engineering role.
- Experience with Data card MX6100, Canon VP140, Bowe Systec (Mail Sort) or Enveloper experience.
- A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals.
