We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Engineer (site-based) to join our dynamic team in Camberley, where every day is an adventure in innovation and excellence. Do you have Electromechanical Engineering experience?

As a Customer Support Engineer, You Will:

  • As a customer support engineer you will play a key role in a managed service, combining technical and client relationship skills to implement and support our clients' products.
  • Dive deep into technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving them precisely and efficiently.
  • Work directly with customers, showcasing your ability to operate under pressure.
  • As a customer support engineer may require on-call support, maintenance, and equipment repair

What We're Looking For:

  • Formal Electrical/Mechanical qualification desired.
  • Computer literate - Windows, excel, word, etc
  • Hands-on, Technical or Engineering experience with one or more of the following : ATM, High Speed Printers, EPOS Machines, Gaming Machines, Gambling Machines, Cash Counting Machines or Bank Note Sorting Machines or Bank Note Processing or Machines.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar, client-facing engineering role.
  • Experience with Data card MX6100, Canon VP140, Bowe Systec (Mail Sort) or Enveloper experience.
  • A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals.
