As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for receiving and processing online and emailed orders using, ensuring accurate sorting, picking, packing, and timely despatch of devices to customers.
You will also assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
This position will be based in their Service Department and be responsible for handling customer liaison for new equipment issues, warranty claims and processing repair inquiries.
