Customer Data Analytics Manager - SQL - Power BI - £60k+ Required by a leading British Leisure business based in Staffordshire.
The CustomerData Analytics Manager will be responsible for creating a leading edge Loyalty programme using data analytics.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate commercial experience in the following areas:
- Complex Customer Data analytics
- Trend spotting opportunities using Customer data & insight
- Exploratory insights
- Analytics software and packages (SQL, Python, Databricks, etc)
- Statistical modelling with complex Customer data
- Data visualisation software packages; Power BI, Looker studio, etc)
- Previous management experience and capability
- Expert stakeholder management skills
- Digital channel expertise
- Commercially aware and able to integrate company agenda into thinking
