Responsibilities
Understanding client's business requirements and lead the onboarding to a successful handoff to the Customer Success Manager.
Responsible for customer success activities working alongside both the Customer Success Manager and Service Account Managers to ensure customers are onboarded and realize value quickly.
My client based in West Molesey have a very well established and enviable reputation both in the UK and internationally and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract for the next year with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.
The hours will be Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
This will be a hybrid role potentially working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
