We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator that is available immediately.
You will be the go-to person for ensuring exceptional customer service, timely response to requests, and maintaining the overall efficiency of systems.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing helpdesk enquiries, liaising with clients, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to a range of services across the Council to meet the core business needs of the service (as deployed by the Team Leader and agreed with the Customer Service Operations Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To work within consistent business support and administration processes and.
Under the direction of the Team Leader, to ensure that key administrative tasks assigned are undertaken and delivered as set out within the Service Level Agreement, meeting agreed timescales and frequency.
The role involves providing a full range of administrative support to our Complaints and Customer Experience team, with a focus on delivering excellent customer care and assistance to enhance resident satisfaction at Octavia Housing.
The position offers opportunities to build on existing skills while developing new ones, working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
It also includes building productive relationships with residents and external agencies, and providing administrative support to the complaints team by helping to improve the quality of responses and ensuring all complaints and correspondence are accurately recorded in our systems.

These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
