As a Marketing Manager you will be at the forefront of leading a dedicated team to grow local businesses, build eye catching brands and audience insights whilst expanding revenue generation. The Benefits for the Marketing Manager role: 22 days annual leave Bank holidays Matching your pension contribution A heavy focus on investing in staff through courses & qualifications Free parking on site Rewards - Company parties & a yearly ski trip Subsidised gym membership Your duties as a Marketing Manager: Annual Marketing Plan & Brand Develop insights into key advertising client sectors to support the sales approach Develop good working relationships with the primary trading customers Manage the business's brand guidelines, media positioning & core value and ensure our in-house design team adhere to them Undertake regular benchmarking exercises across the sectors to assist develop business competitive advantage where necessary Oversee the development of an annual sales & marketing plan Produce engaging, thought-provoking, insight-driven pieces for advertisers & their agencies on lead networks mainly via B2b Email, Web & Social Media channels Ensure we have a live' set of credentials that can form the basis for pitches to landlords & other potential partners Create media packs & other specific sales materials The ideal Marketing Manager candidate: Solid working knowledge of cloud based MS & Adobe packages, including MS Dynamics for CRM, an associated email system called Click-Dimensions & Creative Suite Experience and interest in the wider media, marketing & communications sectors Knowledge of Audience insights & research experience and data/analytical skillset Previous experience of Copy-writing capability and design/visual comms competency High level of attention to detail Ideally 7 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing roles ideally from the media marcoms or a similar sector
