This established company requires an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
This is a busy role that will require you to undertake bookkeeping duties for a variety of clients preparing accounts up to trial balance.
Candidates must have a strong background in bookkeeping being used to all purchase, sales and nominal ledger duties together with a good knowledge of accruals and prepayments, profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflows.
Assist Finance Department in answering accounts telephone calls.
Processing of Purchase invoices received via email (unique code/distribute/update spreadsheet).
General
The primary objective of the purchase ledger clerk is to manage all aspects of purchase ledger and to assist in supporting the Finance Director with data entry into the Sage accountancy system.
