As the Registered Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the operational running of the Home, providing care and support to young people, promoting their independence, and ensuring they reach and exceed their full potential.
You will consistently and proactively ensure that the safety and well-being of each child is at the heart of everyday practice in the Home, with a home culture that supports this.
Assistant Managers (2ICs) are responsible for assisting and deputising for the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department and team.
Our Assistant Managers have a passion for our products, are full of energy and drive to get things done, motivate their teams and drive performance, build great people, keep our customers at the heart of everything they do and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Assistant Manager will, therefore, need to make certain that standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised.
An experienced Integration Delivery Manager is required to oversee the delivery of critical integrations across multiple systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of key processes using Boomi.
