Contract: 3-6-months
Day Rate: Up to £300 per day under umbrella

Join a dynamic, regulated business in the Solihull! I am seeking an Interim L&D Manager to make an immediate impact to business key initiatives.
Role
- Design and deliver training programs
- Manage and optimise the Learning Management System
- Lead and support key learning and development projects
- Support in redesigning the Competency Framework
- Setting and tracking learning objectives across the business
Requirements for the Interim L&D Manager:
- Proven L&D management experience
- Expertise in using LMS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- L&D, OD, or CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Excellent planning, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
