Integration Delivery Manager (Salesforce & Boomi) – 6 months initial – Outside IR35 – Remote
An experienced Integration Delivery Manager is required to oversee the delivery of critical integrations across multiple systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of key processes using Boomi. The successful Integration Delivery Manager will have a strong background in project integration management and a deep understanding of the SDLC, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- The integration Delivery Manager (Salesforce & Boomi) will oversee end-to-end delivery of integration solutions from requirements through to testing and deployment.
- Manage and coordinate with the SI partner to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
- Ensure governance and reporting, managing scope, risks, and change control effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication channels between workstreams and the programme enterprise architect.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience operating as an Integration Manager / Project Integration Manager / Project Delivery Manager / Integration Delivery Manager for a Consultancy or Software Provider
- Extensive Experience with IPaaS platform – Boomi (Essential)
- Extensive experience integrating Salesforce / Salesforce CPQ (Essential)
- Experience working on integration programmes with ServiceNow and/or NetSuite (Ideally)
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex integration projects, preferably with a consultancy background.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, patterns, and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and project risks.
- Experience working for "Big 4" consultancies (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly desirable.
Contract Details:
- Role: Integration Delivery Manager (Salesforce & Boomi)
- Job Type: Contract
- Rate: £600 to £800 per day (Outside IR35)
- Duration: 6 months initial contract with a view to extension
- Location: Remote with 1-2 days onsite every 2 weeks (Birmingham / London)
