We are seeking a Billing/Accounts Clerk to join our Finance Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable using Sage Accounts, sales invoicing and ensuring accurate billing procedures are met.
The Building Maintenance Company are a long-standing commercial property maintenance company providing services to national retail, restaurant and leisure chains.
You will be responsible for the execution of the operational and back-office support tasks required to administer the delivery of timely and compliant payroll services, credit control and finance administration, as well as generally contributing to the effective running of the organisation.

As a Receptionist you'll act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building providing an excellent first impression
You will work in the busy and ever-changing environment of the reception within our hardworking team, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.
Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
The role is to provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Customer Service and Business Administration apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
