Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Administrator, working for a client located in Hebburn. Working within the administration team covering all administration duties. The successful candidate will be required to travel to various sites across the North East.

Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To support with busy enrolments (at various venues across the North East), in accurate completion of all enrolment and qualification/funding paperwork.
  • Processing all administration, in line with business recording systems.
  • Preparing all paperwork for submission to meet KPI's (this includes enrolments, certificates and college queries).
  • Update learner attendance records.
  • Registering, claiming and processing certificates accurately and timely.
  • Preparing paperwork for enrolments.
  • Sending updates to Manager on daily progress.
  • General office duties; telephone queries, scanning, photocopying, filing, reception duties.
  • Take part in CPD and industrial updating as requested and meet contractual requirements.
  • Invigilate exams.
  • To support learners and tutors on training courses.
  • Aftercare telephone calls to all learners.
  • To comply with all the company's policies including Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Quality and Safeguarding.
  • To maintain and update occupational skills and knowledge through the Company CPD programme.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements, ensuring that the data of all learners and employers is protected in accordance with the regulations.
  • Any other duties as may be requested by your line manager.

Administrator Applicants:

Essential:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to follow administration procedures accurately.
  • Willingness to undertake further learning and development.
  • Hold a Level 1 in English & Mathematics.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License and have use of own vehicle.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
  • Level 2 in English
  • Level 2 in Mathematics

Salary is £25,000. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. All successful candidates will be asked to submit an enhanced DBS check.
