Wrexham Council are seeking a Social Care Assessor to work alongside Social Workers in providing information, advice, and assistance as the first point of contact for children in Wrexham Children's services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking What Matters conversations with parents, carers and children, liaising with partner agencies across the statutory, public and voluntary sector, assessing care and support needs, and working with families to assist with improving their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
