Description
- Manage the benefits administration process for employees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related queries
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure accurate benefits deductions
- Organise and maintain benefits records and documents
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in benefits-related training sessions and workshops
- Work on special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Benefits Admin should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases
- Excellent organisational skills and hands- on approach
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team
Job Offer
- A competitive daily salary within the range of £135 to £170 (inside IR35)
