Description

  • Manage the benefits administration process for employees
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related queries
  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure accurate benefits deductions
  • Organise and maintain benefits records and documents
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Participate in benefits-related training sessions and workshops
  • Work on special projects as needed

Profile

A successful Benefits Admin should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases
  • Excellent organisational skills and hands- on approach
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team
