A fantastic opportunity has arisen within my clients business for a strong all round Administrator/Office Manager.
This is initially a temporary role, but with a view to becoming permanent.
They are looking for somebody who has excellent organisational and communication skills, able to use their own initiative and who enjoys working in a busy job with lots of variety.
You will be responsible for maintaining our internal intranet (our key tool for knowledge and information delivery to circa 800 colleagues in the Retirement line of business), information management, and the production of internal surveys and communications.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, drawing on and further developing teamwork, administration and organisational skills.
You would be responsible for, but not limited to
Uploading material to the intranet in accordance with company templates, branding and house style and following intranet best practices.
