Office Support Administrator

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £15,000 per annum, plus bonus

NUS Consulting is a long- established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site industrial and commercial clients. We are seeking a reliable person with initiative, who after a short period of in-house training, will be confident to work with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities - Office Support Administrator:

  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Sorting incoming post.
  • Scanning and filing of electronic documents/emails.
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support.

Person Specification - Office Support Administrator:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Reliable.
  • Positive and approachable manner.
  • Organised.
  • Basic skills in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
