Intranet Support Administrator

You will be responsible for maintaining our internal intranet (our key tool for knowledge and information delivery to circa 800 colleagues in the Retirement line of business), information management, and the production of internal surveys and communications.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, drawing on and further developing teamwork, administration and organisational skills.

The Role

You would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Uploading material to the intranet in accordance with company templates, branding and house style and following intranet best practices
  • Production of internal email communications using approved templates
  • Production of internal surveys and managing responses
  • Production of online forms and information flows
  • Work allocation and workflow management using a bespoke tool
  • Maintenance of intranet material using reporting function within workflow tool
  • Timely delivery of client e-alerts using approved templates
  • Publishing content to WTWco.com in accordance with company templates, branding and house style and internet best practices
  • Checking/quality control
  • Developing your knowledge of software and systems e.g. SharePoint, ContactMonkey, Marketo.

The Requirement

  • A good understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Some previous experience of Microsoft SharePoint would be useful.
  • Strong command of the English language, spelling and grammar; accurate typing/data entry efficiency.
  • Ability to work as part of a team is key, you must be willing to actively participate and contribute and use your initiative to help other team members at busy times
  • You need to be a strong communicator, with clear written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to be persistent and persuasive with colleagues at all levels within the business
  • Strong customer service focused – an internal role where our customers are other WTW colleagues
  • Solution focused
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to estimate workload, prioritise and work to agreed timescales reliably
  • Have a flexible approach in undertaking a variety of responsibilities, capable of handling and providing creative solutions to problems.
