Ideally you would work either 10am - 4pm, 10am - 4:30pm or 10am - 5pm, there is flexibility on the hours for the right candidate, however you must work over 5 days.

Estate Agent Lister
We have an exciting and refreshing position on offer where you will only need to be doing minimal office administration and there are two dedicated Sales Progressors so you can simply get on with the job of valuing and listing property for sale.
The £65,000 to £70,000 on target earnings are realistic and it can be demonstrated how you could achieve this.
You will also be required to also attend a small amount of viewings on a weekly basis but again this will be minimal.

Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator
Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.
Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with very realistic on target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2 plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate) whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this.
