We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Chelmsford who are looking for an Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- File all accounts payable documentation.
- Process employee expenses.
- Chase approvals for outstanding invoices for payment.
- Send remittance advices to supplier when payments are made.
- Log invoices sent for approval.
- Complete supplier statements reconciliation.
- Match, process and code invoices.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Answer the phone.
- Reception duties.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- You must be enthusiastic, focused and driven.
- Have an understanding of debits and credits.
- Good Excel, Work and Powerpoint skills.
- Well organised.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Purchase Ledger experience is essential.
