Are you a seasoned Sales Progressor who's mastered the art of keeping property deals on track? Our well-established office in Billericay, Essex, is looking for someone with your expertise to join our team. We're offering both full-time and part-time roles, starting at 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to suit your schedule—and yes, we understand you might need that extra hour in the morning for a second cup of coffee!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Maestro: Guide the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, making sure everything runs smoothly—no magic wand required, just your experience.
- Communication Hub: Keep all parties involved—from buyers and sellers to solicitors and mortgage brokers—on the same page, so no one's left in the dark.
- Problem Solver: Monitor each sale's progress and swoop in to tackle any issues before they become full-blown dramas.
- Client Updates: Keep clients informed with regular updates, ensuring they're always in the loop and never left guessing.
- Detail Detective: Ensure every T is crossed and every I is dotted, with accurate records and documentation that meet all industry regulations.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with the office team to ensure a smooth handover of clients from the sales team to the sales progression team—like passing the baton in a relay, but less sweaty.
- Admin Support: Help out with any administrative tasks related to the sales progression process, because even the smallest details matter.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven Experience: You've been in the game long enough to know your way around a property sale.
- Industry Know-How: A strong understanding of the property sales process and relevant regulations is a must.
- People Skills: You're a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Organized and Efficient: You've got an eye for detail and the organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Team Player: You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
