We're on the hunt for a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a role with our client, a leading non-bank lender in the UK based in Watford. In this role, you'll enjoy a base salary of £35,000 plus commissions, potentially earning up to £45k. Our client has been a significant player in the UK's non-bank lending sector for over 15 years. They're all about helping property owners and investors reach their financial goals. The group focuses on just about every area of property finance, including mortgages, buy-to-let, bridging finance, and development finance. As a Business Development Manager, you'll: Manage relationships with brokers and introducers for our client's bridging and BTL product range. Build and manage relationships with intermediaries through proactive telephone contact. Conduct thorough fact-finding with intermediaries to assess opportunities and identify suitable firms to work with the field BDM. Support the field BDM team by scheduling telephone appointments with key brokers, maintaining communication with underwriters, and engaging with intermediaries for buy-to-let and bridging products. Arrange meetings with intermediaries and communicate product features and benefits.
