As the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with brokers and introducers for the company's bridging and BTL product range.
  • Building and managing relationships with intermediaries through proactive telephone contact.
  • Conducting thorough fact-finding with intermediaries to assess opportunities and identify suitable firms to collaborate with the field BDM.
  • Supporting the field BDM team by scheduling telephone appointments with key brokers, maintaining communication with underwriters, and engaging with intermediaries for buy-to-let and bridging products.
  • Arranging meetings with intermediaries and communicating product features and benefits.
  • Generating new business opportunities.
