Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a Distribution business, based in Chippenham, in their search for a Finance Manager (Shared Services) on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities include
Identify pain points in the finance processes across O2C- Accounts Receivable & Collections, P2P - Accounts Payable & Expenses & R2R Central reporting and recharges and work in collaboration with the Finance team to identify and drive process improvements.
Run focused clinics to improve processes and perform root case analysis to diagnose process failures in collaboration with existing teams.
You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs
