Day to day
In this role, your main focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into our community.
A modern, forward thinking and flexible accountancy firm are hiring a key job role, commutable from Oakham, Stamford, Leicester, Corby and Melton Mowbray for a Trainee to Semi-Senior Accountant with an employer offering hybrid working, parking, strong holidays and perks, plus a friendly and supportive team.
Working hours can also be flexible within reason.
Salary will depend on experience, the team is well-balanced between experience and those training, with great offices, parking on-site and they are flexible on hybrid working, with them typically wanting 50% office based or more.
You must be someone who is very organised, used to dealing with high volume payroll and acting under your own initiative please see further details below:
You will be working for a privately owned business, managing 2 separate payrolls.
We are also now looking for a Senior Payroll Co-ordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (No Friday working)
£25k Permanent 4 days a week plus great benefits including birthday off after first year of service plus 5 loyalty days after 5 years of service, equivalent to 5 weeks holidays plus bank holidays per year, ongoing training, professional development and mentoring opportunities
