We are also now looking for a Senior Payroll Co-ordinator on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working for a privately owned business, managing 2 separate payrolls. You must be someone who is very organised, used to dealing with high volume payroll and acting under your own initiative – please see further details below:

Position: Senior Payroll

Location: Oakham

Salary: £32,000

Full Time, Permanent

Fully Office Based

Job duties:

  • End to end payroll, processing 2 monthly company payrolls
  • Maintaining and updating payroll information
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering queries
  • Processing pensions
  • SSP/SMP calculations
  • Maintaining Payroll journals
  • Year-end duties and monthly reporting
  • Support to the accounts department where required

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years previous experience running end to end Payroll
  • Ideally experience of SAGE payroll and Sage 50
  • Excellent attention to detail & analytical skills
  • Good organisation and time management
