Operating from our Head Office in Rutland and Global Distribution Centre in Birmingham, we work with an extensive network of distributors, customers, industry contacts, and specialists, and hold stock of up to half a million products at any one time, available for immediate dispatch.

We are now looking for a Client Success Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week from 8:00 - 17:00.

The Role

As a Client Success Executive, you will act as our first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

Delivering a highly professional, friendly and efficient service, you'll answer queries, produce quotes and manage client accounts via phone and email.

You'll look after smaller accounts, growing relationships with your clients, identifying their buying needs and offering a vast range of trusted products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide technical advice and support
- Promote uptake to our Reward Scheme
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Provide delivery information and updates
- Processing orders and upselling products

About You

To be considered as a Client Success Executive, you will need:

- Customer facing experience
- Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new software and systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages
- Five GCSEs, including English and Maths

Knowledge of the fire industry is not essential, but you'll need a keen willingness to learn about our products and the industry.

Internally, this role will be known as Customer Success Assistant.

Other organisations may call this role Customer Service Executive, Order Processor, Sales Administrator, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Support Executive.
